Con esta cascara cortar en tiras que sean finas.<br \/>\nEn un vaso con agua es necesario disolver una cucharada de stevia y posteriormente agregar las c\u00e1scaras de naranja.<br \/>\nTeniendo el cuidado que est\u00e9n completamente sumergidas en el agua mezclada con stevia.<br \/>\nColocar en la nevera en un per\u00edodo de tiempo de 6 horas.<br \/>\nLuego realizar la segunda fase, a las naranjas es necesario quitarle la parte blanca, luego fraccionarla o contarla, agregar la leche evaporada, yogures, y por \u00faltimo la nata ligera.<br \/>\nColocarla en la batidora hasta que la mezcla quede sin grumos.<br \/>\nLuego colocarlo en recipientes y colocar en la nevera, para servirlos cuando est\u00e9n bien fr\u00edos.<br \/>\nPrevio al consumo adornar con las tiras de naranja, el
