{"id":3000,"date":"2019-01-28T13:19:52","date_gmt":"2019-01-28T18:19:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.nutrilinepanama.com\/blog\/?p=3000"},"modified":"2019-08-20T11:04:15","modified_gmt":"2019-08-20T16:04:15","slug":"receta-cupcakes-vainilla-sin-azucar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nutrilinepanama.com\/blog\/receta-cupcakes-vainilla-sin-azucar\/","title":{"rendered":"Receta De Cupcakes De Vainilla Sin Az\u00facar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #00ccff\"><strong>INGREDIENTES:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800080\">PARA EL BIZCOCHO BASE<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 huevo mediano<\/li>\n<li>10gr de stevia granulada<\/li>\n<li>50gr de harina<\/li>\n<li>50gr de mantequilla light<\/li>\n<li>5gr de levadura en polvo (polvos de hornear)<\/li>\n<li>Una cucharadita de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>Una cucharadita de esencia de vainilla<\/li>\n<li>Una pizca de sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080\"><strong>PARA EL FROSTING<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Una cucharadita de stevia granulada<\/li>\n<li>Unas gotas de esencia de vainilla<\/li>\n<li>120gr de queso tipo philadelphia<\/li>\n<li>60gr de mantequilla light<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #00ccff\">PREPARACI\u00d3N:<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El horno debe de colocarse a unos 180 grados, y dejar precalentar. Mezcla la yema de huevo (dejando la clara a un lado) y la mantequilla fundida, con el aceite, la vainilla y tambi\u00e9n la stevia, esto servir\u00eda para la base de los cupcakes.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora tienes que agregar la levadura, un poquito de sal, harina y seguir mezclando muy bien.<\/p>\n<p>Este es el momento de agregar la clara de huevo que dejaste aparte y seguir mezclando.<\/p>\n<p>Todo esto puede repartirse hasta en 6 moldes para cupcakes, horn\u00e9alos sobre el papelito.<\/p>\n<p>El tiempo que debes de dejarlos horneando, deber\u00eda de rondar entre 12 a 15 minutos, al verlos dorados, reservar.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora tienes que dejarlos a un lado para que se enfr\u00eden, y comenzar con la PREPARACI\u00d3N del frosting. Haz la mezcla de un poco de queso philadelphia que se encuentre muy frio, con un poco de la mantequilla en pomada, stevia y vainilla, todo hasta lograr la masa homog\u00e9nea.<\/p>\n<p>El frosting debe de ir sobre una manga pastelera, los cupcakes por su parte deben de hacer c\u00edrculos partiendo desde el centro del Cupcake hacia el lado de afuera.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora solo faltar\u00eda que pongas
