{"id":3004,"date":"2019-01-15T17:07:00","date_gmt":"2019-01-15T22:07:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.nutrilinepanama.com\/blog\/?p=3004"},"modified":"2019-08-20T11:03:46","modified_gmt":"2019-08-20T16:03:46","slug":"tarta-manzana-crema-pastelera-sin-azucar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nutrilinepanama.com\/blog\/tarta-manzana-crema-pastelera-sin-azucar\/","title":{"rendered":"Tarta De Manzana Y Crema Pastelera Sin Az\u00facar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800000\">INGREDIENTES:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla<\/li>\n<li>1 l\u00e1mina de hojaldre redondo (puede ser rectangular)<\/li>\n<li>15gr de stevia granulada<\/li>\n<li>3 yemas de huevo<\/li>\n<li>4 manzanas (de la variedad que m\u00e1s te gusten yo he usado golden)<\/li>\n<li>40 gr de harina fina de ma\u00edz<\/li>\n<li>500ml de leche desnatada<\/li>\n<li>La piel de medio lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Mermelada de albaricoque sin stevia (o la que m\u00e1s te guste)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000\"><b>PREPARACI\u00d3N<\/b><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #800000\">:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Calentar 350 ml de leche, piel de lim\u00f3n, stevia y vainilla, esto para la crema. Mezclar las yemas de huevo con 150 ml de leche y tambi\u00e9n con harina de ma\u00edz de la fina.<\/p>\n<p>Se debe de bajar el fuego hasta que la leche ya no hierva, quitar la piel de lim\u00f3n y a\u00f1adir la leche reservada. La crema no debe de quedar con grumos. Quitamos del fuego y dejamos templar.<\/p>\n<p>Cortar las manzanas peladas en tiras finas y reservar.<\/p>\n<p>El hojaldre se coloca en el molde, y se debe de pinchar la base haciendo uso de un tenedor, lo importante que la masa no suba antes de entrar al horno.<\/p>\n<p>Colocar crema sobre el hojaldre y luego la manzana encima de la crema. Derretir en el microondas dos cucharadas de mermelada de albaricoque, las manzanas deben de meterse en el horno y dejar entre 20 a 25 minutos a una temperatura de 200 grados. Estar pendiente que no se queme<\/p>\n<p>Al notar que el hojaldre ya se tost\u00f3, entonces podemos sacarlo y proceder a desmoldarlo.
