Si que es cierto que son m\u00fasculos complementarios que apoyan a otros como los b\u00edceps y que se trabajan a la vez que \u00e9stos de forma indirecta, pero no es suficiente, ya que deben ejercitarse como otro m\u00fasculo cualquiera. Los\u00a0ejercicios\u00a0de <strong>antebrazo<\/strong> deben ser\u00a0simples y sencillos. Las series repetitivas no son aconsejables, pues son m\u00fasculos peque\u00f1os que no pueden aguantar demasiada presi\u00f3n. Es por esto que una excesiva carga sobre este grupo muscular es contraproducente.<\/p>\n<p>La intensidad no debe ser excesiva ya que una sobrecarga en este grupo muscular puede derivar en una tendonitis que nos impida llevar a cabo el entrenamiento. Casi nunca los <strong>antebrazos<\/strong> reciben tanta atenci\u00f3n como\u00a0los biceps o los triceps, las actividades cotidianas nos permiten mantener los m\u00fasculos de los <strong>antebrazos<\/strong> fuertes y tonificados porque participan en innumerables movimientos diarios y actividades deportivas.Si bien el uso diario constante hace que estos m\u00fasculos por lo general no sean d\u00e9biles, al fortalecer los resistentes m\u00fasculos del <strong>antebrazo<\/strong> reducimos nuestro riesgo de sufrir lesiones y creamos una base mucho m\u00e1s s\u00f3lida para poder realizar movimientos seguros y efectivos con todo el brazo.<\/p>\n<p>Los m\u00fasculos del <strong>antebrazo<\/strong> se dividen en dos grupos,\u00a0los flexores\u00a0y\u00a0los extensores.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El grupo de los flexores, que se encuentran en el <strong>antebrazo<\/strong> del lado de la palma de la mano, son responsable s de la fuerza de agarre a trav\u00e9s de ellos podemos cerrar el pu\u00f1o, torcer la mano, colocar la palma hacia arriba y orientarla hacia el codo; se los considera los m\u00e1s fuertes de los dos grupos musculares.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>El grupo de los extensores, que se encuentran en la parte posterior del <strong>antebrazo<\/strong>, son responsables de extender la mu\u00f1eca y los dedos y elevar los dedos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u201cMientras mas conozcas de tu cuerpo, mas sabr\u00e1s como dedicarte a el\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Posted: Julio Enrique Tovar Marquez<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En la mayor\u00eda de las rutinas que llevamos a cabo los\u00a0antebrazos\u00a0suele ser un grupo muscular que casi nunca trabajamos.
