Los movimientos suelen ser acompa\u00f1ados de m\u00fasica y est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para trabajar las partes inferior y superior del cuerpo y el sistema cardiovascular. El <strong>step<\/strong> puede ser cualquier tipo de banco elevado, pero en gimnasios y clubes de salud se usan <strong>steps<\/strong> aer\u00f3bicos pl\u00e1sticos con superficies no resbaladizas. Puedes hacer estos aer\u00f3bicos en tu casa, creando tu propia rutina o siguiendo un video, o como parte de una clase en tu club de salud.
