Se resume en reducir el consumo de carnes e hidratos de carbono\u00a0en beneficio de m\u00e1s alimentos vegetales y grasas monoinsaturadas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Algunas de las caracter\u00edsticas de la\u00a0dieta\u00a0mediterr\u00e1nea son;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Abundancia de alimentos de origen vegetal frutas, verduras, pan, pasta, arroz, cereales, legumbres y patatas<\/li>\n<li>Consumir alimentos de temporada en su estado natural, escogiendo siempre los m\u00e1s frescos<\/li>\n<li>Utilizar el aceite de oliva como grasa principal, tanto para freir como para aderezar<\/li>\n<li>Consumir diariamente una cantidad moderada de queso y yogur<\/li>\n<li>Consumir semanalmente una cantidad moderada de pescado, preferentemente azul, aves y huevos<\/li>\n<li>Consumir frutos secos, miel y aceitunas con moderaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>La carne roja algunas veces al mes<\/li>\n<li>Consumir vino con moderaci\u00f3n normalmente durante las comidas y preferentemente tinto<\/li>\n<li>Utilizar las hierbas arom\u00e1ticas como una alternativa saludable a la sal<\/li>\n<li>Realizar alguna actividad f\u00edsica regular para hacer trabajar al coraz\u00f3n y mantener en forma nuestras articulaciones y nuestro tono f\u00edsico<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La dieta <strong>mediterr\u00e1nea<\/strong> se caracteriza porque se puede comer todo tipo de alimentos siempre y cuando se respete la famosa pir\u00e1mide alimenticia, que asienta las bases de los alimentos que se deben tomar a diario, cuales se deben tomar semanalmente y cuales son aquellos que se deben tomar ocasionalmente. \u00abLa\u00a0dieta <strong>mediterr\u00e1nea<\/strong> es una dieta perfecta, es saludable, es suficiente, segura, y es una dieta segura para la salud\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><em>El secreto de una vida larga y una vida duradera, depende tambi\u00e9n de nosotros, comer sano es el primer\u00a0eslab\u00f3n\u00a0para cualquier cosa.
