Una tostada de pan integral con mermelada ligera baja en az\u00facar.<\/li>\n<li>Almuerzo:\u00a0una porci\u00f3n de 200 gr de at\u00fan natural hecho a la plancha con una cucharada de aceite de oliva y un poco de sal y pimienta, dos rodajas de pi\u00f1a.<\/li>\n<li>Cena:\u00a0una pechuga de pollo de m\u00e1ximo 200 gr realizada a la plancha con una cucharada de aceite de oliva y un poco de sal y pimienta, acompa\u00f1ada de ensalada de lechuga aderezada solo con una cucharada de aceite de oliva y vinagre.
