No fritos.<br \/>\n&#8211; Prefiera la comida casera y evite las comidas r\u00e1pidas.<br \/>\n&#8211; Evite las grasas visibles como mantequilla, natilla, queso crema, aderezos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Limite la ingesta de colesterol al d\u00eda.\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Limite el consumo de huevo a 3 veces por semana. La colina del huevo limita la absorci\u00f3n del colesterol y no parece tener un efecto negativo en el colesterol sangu\u00edneo, sin embargo hay que consumirlo con moderaci\u00f3n.<br \/>\n&#8211; Disminuya el consumo de embutidos, v\u00edsceras (h\u00edgado), quesos, carnes rojas, piel del pollo, y mariscos (camarones, almejas, mejillones, calamares).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Limite la ingesta de grasas saturadas.<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Fuentes: tocineta, natilla, queso crema, mantequilla, crema dulce, pat\u00e9, grasa de las carnes y l\u00e1cteos, piel del pollo, embutidos grasos (chorizo, salami, salchich\u00f3n), quesos.<br \/>\n&#8211; Opte por productos Light \u00f3 bajos en grasa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Prefiera grasas insaturadas, que tienen un efecto cardioprotector<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Poliinsaturadas:\u00a0 aceite de soya, canola, linaza, nueces, pescados.<br \/>\n&#8211; Monoinsaturadas: aceites vegetales (ma\u00edz, girasol oliva), aceitunas, nueces, mayonesa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Incluya fuentes de grasas poliinsaturadas Omega 3.<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Es un antiinflamatorio y ayuda a reducir los niveles de colesterol y triglic\u00e9ridos, y mejora el colesterol \u201cbueno\u201d HDL.<br \/>\n&#8211; Fuentes: pescados azules (trucha, salm\u00f3n, at\u00fan, sardinas, macarela), aceite de soya, canola, linaza, nueces.<br \/>\n&#8211; Si no le gusta \u00f3 no puede comer de estos pescado, incluya un suplemento de aceite de pescado Omega 3 (2-3 g\/d\u00eda).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Disminuya el alcohol<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; El consumo moderado de alcohol puede elevar los niveles de colesterol \u00abbueno\u00bb HDL hasta en un 10%.<br \/>\n&#8211; Se recomienda m\u00e1ximo 1 trago para las mujeres y 2 tragos para los hombres.<br \/>\n&#8211; Si usted no toma alcohol, no comience con el h\u00e1bito.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u00abCuidar la salud es el secreto para lograr todo lo que nos propongamos\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Posted.
