Se puede comer durante todo el d\u00eda con fruta hasta saciarse y a pesar de ello presentar un d\u00e9ficit en calor\u00edas. Las\u00a0dietas de <strong>fruta\u00a0<\/strong>es, pues, una dieta variada sin grandes privaciones con la que apenas hay sensaci\u00f3n de hambre o falta incluso por completo. Con las\u00a0dietas de <strong>frutas\u00a0<\/strong>no s\u00f3lo deben tomarse las frutas aut\u00f3ctonas tales como manzanas, peras, ciruelas, moras, fresas, grosellas, uvas, etc. sino que tambi\u00e9n las jugosas variedades de los pa\u00edses tropicales y australes.<\/p>\n<p>Muchas de estas especies se encuentran hoy f\u00e1cilmente en los mercados. Especialmente recomendables son <strong>frutas<\/strong> crudas y sin tratar tales como chirimoyas, higos frescos, guayaba, kiwi, lichis, mango, pasionaria, papaya y granada.En el plan diario no deben faltar los pl\u00e1tanos, especialmente ricos en hidratos de carbono, as\u00ed como (cuando las hay) granadas, lichis y zapotes. Para garantizar el aporte m\u00ednimo de grasas el aguacate es el mejor. Quien a pesar de ello se queda con hambre o que por motivos laborales o de otro tipo necesita m\u00e1s calor\u00edas, puede calmar su apetito con\u00a0frutos secos\u00a0que, adem\u00e1s de hidratos de carbono y fibra, contienen por lo general muchas prote\u00ednas.Son recomendables los d\u00e1tiles, las ciruelas, los melocotones, las\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.comoperderpeso.es\/dieta-de-verduras-recetas-para-adelgazar-10-kilos\/\">\u00a0<\/a>manzanas\u00a0y los albaricoques, todos ellos secos.
