{"id":556,"date":"2016-05-24T15:11:47","date_gmt":"2016-05-24T20:11:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.nutrilinepanama.com\/blog\/?p=556"},"modified":"2016-05-24T15:11:47","modified_gmt":"2016-05-24T20:11:47","slug":"la-dieta-los-7-dias","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nutrilinepanama.com\/blog\/la-dieta-los-7-dias\/","title":{"rendered":"La dieta de los 7 d\u00edas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>La dieta<\/strong> r\u00e1pida\u00a0para\u00a0bajar 7 kilos\u00a0en\u00a0una semana\u00a0es una\u00a0<strong>dieta<\/strong> disociada,\u00a0ya que, se basa en no mezclar los alimentos. \u00a0En la <strong>dieta<\/strong> disociada los alimentos se clasifican en 3 grupos diferentes hidratos de carbono, prote\u00ednas y gl\u00facidos y se combinan los alimentos de forma estrat\u00e9gica para favorecer una correcta digesti\u00f3n as\u00ed como la p\u00e9rdida de peso.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Una de las cosas que hay que tomar en cuenta para esta dieta:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Beber\u00a02 litros de\u00a0agua\u00a0al d\u00eda como m\u00ednimo para hidratar el organismo.<\/li>\n<li>Los \u00fanicos condimentos permitidos son: sal, lim\u00f3n, pimienta y vinagre de manzana. Se pueden beber las infusiones\u00a0que se\u00a0desee, siempre que, se acompa\u00f1en con edulcorante, nunca con az\u00facar.<\/li>\n<li>La gelatina diet\u00e9tica o zanahorias crudas, puede comerlas sin restricci\u00f3n cualquier d\u00eda de la semana. Recuerde que, la fruta permitida es: pi\u00f1a,\u00a0manzana, pera, kiwi, ciruelas, mandarinas, naranja, pomelo y sand\u00eda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Aplicaci\u00f3n de Dieta:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>D\u00eda : Todas las verduras que desee (las que puedan consumirse en crudo preferentemente en crudo).D<\/li>\n<li>D\u00eda : Todas las frutas que desee, a excepci\u00f3n de\u00a0cambur\u00a0y uva. Son recomendables el mel\u00f3n y la sand\u00eda porque son las que tienen menos calor\u00edas.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00eda : Puede comer todos los l\u00e1cteos que desee siempre y cuando sean descremados y huevos cocidos o en tortilla (controle el consumo aquella persona que tenga el colesterol alto).<\/li>\n<li>D\u00eda : Este d\u00eda puede mezclar frutas y verduras, recuerde que las verduras deben ser preferentemente crudas.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00eda : Puede comer carne roja (hasta 600 gr al d\u00eda).<\/li>\n<li>D\u00eda: Puede comer carne de pollo o pescado (sin exceder de 700 gr al
