Consumir <strong>c\u00edtricos <\/strong>es muy beneficioso para nuestra salud, por este motivo en una dieta sana y equilibrada no pueden faltar este tipo de frutas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La\u00a0dieta de los c\u00edtricos\u00a0debe seguirse durante quince d\u00edas en los que tendr\u00e1s que cumplir el siguiente men\u00fa semanal:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Lunes<\/strong><br \/>\nPara desayunar: Un zumo de naranja y pomelo y dos rebanadas de pan integra con un poquito de miel.<br \/>\nPara comer: Ensalada de berros, pechuga de pollo a la plancha ali\u00f1ado con zumo de lim\u00f3n, un yogur desnatado y un kiwi.<br \/>\nPara merendar: Una infusi\u00f3n, un t\u00e9 o un caf\u00e9 con leche desnatada.<br \/>\nPara cenar: Un filete de lomo a la plancha con ensalada de tomate y una mandarina.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Martes<\/strong><br \/>\nPara desayunar: Un zumo de naranja y un caf\u00e9 con leche desnatada con cereales.<br \/>\nPara comer: Un plato de espinacas o verduras, un filete a la plancha y una manzana rallada aderezada con el zumo de un pomelo.<br \/>\nPara merendar: Un kiwi<br \/>\nPara cenar: Pescado a la plancha y un yogur desnatado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mi\u00e9rcoles<\/strong><br \/>\nPara desayunar: Un zumo de naranja y pomelo, una infusi\u00f3n y una manzana.<br \/>\nPara comer: Pur\u00e9 de patatas con un huevo cocido y una naranja.<br \/>\nPara merendar: Macedonia de c\u00edtricos.<br \/>\nPara cenar: Caldo de verduras, un platito de arroz integral y un pomelo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Jueves<\/strong><br \/>\nPara desayunar: Un zumo de naranja, una ensalada de frutas y un yogur desnatado.<br \/>\nPara comer: Una ensalada de lechuga con at\u00fan al natural, pescado a la plancha y una fruta.<br \/>\nPara merendar: Una infusi\u00f3n y dos rebanadas de pan integral con queso fresco light.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Viernes<\/strong><br \/>\nPara desayunar: Un zumo de naranja, un caf\u00e9 o un t\u00e9 y cereales.<br \/>\nPara comer: Una ensalada de berros y un filete de ternera desgrasada al horno o a la plancha.<br \/>\nPara merendar: Una porci\u00f3n de gelatina light.<br \/>\nPara cenar: Una ensalada de gambas, anillos de calamar hervidos y un kiwi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>S\u00e1bado<\/strong><br \/>\nPara desayunar: Un zumo de naranja y lim\u00f3n con macedonia de frutas.<br \/>\nPara comer: Ensalada de remolacha y zanahoria, un platito de arroz integral y una manzana asada con un poquito de miel.<br \/>\nPara merendar: Una naranja y un kiwi.<br \/>\nPara cenar: Un taz\u00f3n de caldo de verduras, y una ensalada de coliflor y tomate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Domingo<\/strong><br \/>\nPara desayunar: Un zumo de naranja, un caf\u00e9 o un t\u00e9 y una rebanada de pan integral con queso fresco.<br \/>\nPara comer: Un plato de pasta ali\u00f1ado con acetite de oliva.<br \/>\nPara merendar: Una porci\u00f3n de gelatina o una fruta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Despu\u00e9s de las dos semanas, es fundamental que no prolongues la <strong>dieta<\/strong> ya que a pesar de que te est\u00e9s beneficiando de sus vitaminas y propiedades antioxidantes, este r\u00e9gimen es restrictivo en otros nutrientes necesarios para que tu cuerpo y tu organismo funcionen correctamente.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Posted: Julio Enrique Tovar Marquez<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los\u00a0c\u00edtricos\u00a0refuerzan nuestras\u00a0defensas,\u00a0reducen el colesterol, favorecen la digesti\u00f3n\u00a0y el tr\u00e1nsito intestinal gracias a la cantidad de\u00a0fibra\u00a0que nos aportas.
