Aunque no naci\u00f3 como una dieta de adelgazamiento, s\u00ed que sirve para tal fin.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de una <strong>dieta<\/strong> muy variada en la que se prima la ingesta de frutas,\u00a0verduras y l\u00e1cteos bajos en grasa.\u00a0Tambi\u00e9n se consumen cereales integrales, carne, pescado y legumbres, pero de forma m\u00e1s restringida. Las grasas saturadas, los az\u00facares refinados y los carbohidratos est\u00e1n pr\u00e1cticamente prohibidos. <strong>La dieta<\/strong> va acompa\u00f1ada de un plan de actividades de ejercicio f\u00edsico y reduce a la m\u00ednima expresi\u00f3n el consumo de alcohol.
