Eso s\u00ed, debes tener en cuenta el desequilibrio nutricional que supone dicho proceso durante estas dos semanas y el posible riesgo de aumentar del nivel de colesterol, por lo que es importante recurrir a tu m\u00e9dico o nutricionista para saber si eres apto para hacer esta <strong>dieta\u00a0<\/strong>o en el caso de que haya alguna complicaci\u00f3n. En este caso, no hay milagros y las cuentas son claras, ingiriendo muy pocas calor\u00edas puedes llegar a perder mucho peso.<\/p>\n<p>\u200bEn <strong>la dieta Mayo<\/strong> el pomelo forma parte de un plan de adelgazamiento, ya que es el elemento que nos ayudar\u00e1 a quemar grasas, al igual que los\u00a0huevos.
