Con esta dieta vas a aprender como bajar de peso en tan solo 7 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Men\u00fa D\u00eda 1<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Desayuno<\/strong>: un te verde o negro con 30 gramos de cereales integrales.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Almuerzo:<\/strong>\u00a0100 gramos de jam\u00f3n de pavo, 1 rebanada de queso fresco y todas las zanahorias que quieras.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cena<\/strong>: Una ensalada de br\u00f3coli, con cebolla, pimiento, guisantes y 6 anacardos con una cucharada de aceite y una pizca de sal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Men\u00fa\u00a0D\u00eda 2<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Desayuno<\/strong>: un te verde o negro con 2 manzanas<\/li>\n<li><strong>Almuerzo<\/strong>: 1\u00a0huevo escalfado con espinacas en 1\u00a0rebanada de pan integral y 1 vaso peque\u00f1o (200 ml) de zumo natural.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cena<\/strong>:\u00a0100 g de pechuga de pollo con champi\u00f1ones en rodajas, \u00a0y un tomate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Men\u00fa\u00a0D\u00eda 3<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Desayuno<\/strong>: un te verde o negro con 30 gramos de cereales integrales.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Almuerzo<\/strong>:\u00a0\u00bd taza de frijoles al horno con 2 cucharadas de queso rallado y 1 rebanada de pan integral, un vaso de zumo natural (200 ml).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cena<\/strong>:\u00a0\u00be de taza de arroz integral cocido con una peque\u00f1a lata de at\u00fan , 6 aceitunas, 1 tomate picado y todo ello ali\u00f1ado con una cucharada de aceite de oliva y una pizca de sal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Men\u00fa\u00a0D\u00eda 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Desayuno<\/strong>: un te verde o negro con 2 manzanas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Almuerzo<\/strong>:\u00a01 rebanada de pan integral con 50 g de jam\u00f3n o pavo y una ensalada de r\u00facula , tomate y \u00a0zanahoria rallada . Finalmente 2 kiwis.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cena<\/strong>:\u00a0Ensalada de pollo con 100 g de pechuga de pollo sin grasa, \u00bd taza de garbanzos, una calabaza mediana asada , un calabac\u00edn, 1 tomate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Men\u00fa\u00a0D\u00eda 5<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Desayuno<\/strong>: un te verde o negro con 2 kiwis<\/li>\n<li><strong>Almuerzo<\/strong>: una tortilla de 2 huevos con un tomate y una rebanada de pan integral<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cena<\/strong>:\u00a0150 g de filete de salm\u00f3n con 1 taza de rodajas de patata (100g) y una ensalada verde grande .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Men\u00fa\u00a0D\u00eda 6<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Desayuno<\/strong>: un te verde o negro con 30 gramos de cereales integrales.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Almuerzo<\/strong>: una ensalada de 100 gramos de pollo hecho tiras con espinacas y un mango en trocitos. Puedes a\u00f1adir cebolla. Al\u00ed\u00f1alo con una cucharadita de aceite de oliva, mostaza y sal.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cena<\/strong>:\u00a0100 g de carne con una patata al horno.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Men\u00fa\u00a0D\u00eda 7<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Desayuno<\/strong>:\u00a02 rebanadas de pan integral pan tostado con champi\u00f1ones a la parrilla.
