Repite 15 veces.<\/li>\n<li>Boca abajo, apoya los brazos y las rodillas sobre el suelo. Flexiona los brazos, baja y sube lentamente,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Sentada, flexiona los brazos a la altura del pecho de forma que se toquen las puntas de los dedos. Levanta los codos hasta los hombros. Haz 15 repeticiones.<\/li>\n<li>Col\u00f3cate de pie frente a una pared, apoya las manos en ella y estira los brazos. Flexiona \u00a0los codos hasta que el pecho toque la pared, sin mover las piernas ni doblar las rodillas. Regresa a la posici\u00f3n inicial. Repite 15 veces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Sentada con la espalda recta, levanta un brazo y est\u00edralo, mant\u00e9n el otro ca\u00eddo para que act\u00fae como contrapeso. Repite el ejercicio\u00a0con el otro brazo. Haz 15 repeticiones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de estos ejercicios\u00a0para<strong> tonificar tu<\/strong> <strong>busto<\/strong>, siempre mant\u00e9n una postura erguida y al hacer\u00a0actividad f\u00edsica,\u00a0usa un sost\u00e9n especial para que la gravedad no haga de las suyas. Realiza esta rutina diariamente para notar los resultados. Los senos ca\u00eddos son un problema que la mayor\u00eda de las\u00a0mujeres \u00a0enfrenta o enfrentar\u00e1, siendo la edad la causa principal Conforme una\u00a0mujer \u00a0envejece, el tejido de los senos se vuelve holgado y se debilita. La gravedad tambi\u00e9n causar\u00e1 que las mujeres de senos m\u00e1s grandes sientan esto m\u00e1s que aquellas de pecho m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o.
